Integra-T Experience, in its desire to continuously improve, makes available to its customers a section of suggestions, complaints and claims for the client to make comments on the services offered and suggestions for improvement.

Complaints

Do you have any complaints about the contracted service? First of all, to apologize and to write to us as soon as possible, explaining your situation, what has gone wrong, and the damage caused. Write to us at info@integratexperience.com or call us by phone at 627 138 706

Claim

A complaint is a formal complaint that must be filed with the relevant public administration. We remind you that Integra-T Experience has complaint sheets in paper format. If you think it is convenient to put a claim, because the service offered has not turned out to be what was promised, you must do it in the Conselleria de Turisme  de la  Comunitat Valenciana, either in person, or electronically

Regulations

– Decree 77/1994, of 12 April, of the Valencian Government, by which regulate the sheets of claims of the consumers and users of the Valencian Community (DOGV  nº  2249, of 7 November 1994).
– Order of 26 Of September of 1994, of the  Consellerias  of Sanidad and Consumption and Industry, Trade and Tourism, by which develops the Decree 77/1994, of 12 of April, of the Valencian Government, by which regulate the sheets of claims of the consumers and users of the Valencian Community (DOGV  nº  2381, of 7/11/94).
– Order 4/2013, of 26 March, modifies the sheet of claims of the consumers and users of the  Comunitat  Valencian (DOGV  nº  6999, of 9 April 2013).
